You’ve already set up my store, and when I go to login, it’s asking me for a license key. I was wondering if you had that or if I had to sign up for the fifteen day trial period.

You are getting this message because you are not at the correct address to be entering your products, yet somehow you’ve managed to arrive at the login page without the correct address. Quick Secure Store has a very sensitive licensing system, and when the store has been reached by an address which is erroneous, it registers with the licensing system as a new, unlicensed installation, which is why you are getting that message. If you are unable to find the correct address to your login screen, contact us, and we will be able to provide it.

While I’m testing the purchasing system, after I choose the shipping method I am getting a “cannot connect” error similar to when the internet is not available at all. Why is this?

If you look closely at the address the path is connecting to, it probably begins with “https://”, which means its looking for a page with an SSL security certificate. This needs to be obtained separately from the shopping cart. Please let us know if you need more information.
